Business Consulting - Lead Analyst, Pharma AI Solutions

Location: USA, EST Time zone

Work mode: Remote

10+ years of analytics experience in pharma commercial

5+ years of experience in a commercial organization (instead of IT), working directly with marketers and sales people

Expectations

In this customer-facing role, work closely with biopharma customers on a day-to-day basis to provide support for overall data analytics services as well as for Generative AI and Advanced Analytics solutions
Provide expert advice to customers on their business questions and pain points. Conduct workshops and create data analytics strategy to address them. Identify data analytics opportunities to serve the customers
Perform change management for customers, and evolve data analytics services and solutions as per customer needs. Work closely with account managers for customer accounts
Pitch our data analytics capabilities and Generative AI solutions to new clients as well as to new customers in current clients. Provide business-specific demos of Generative AI solutions
Be pharma commercial AI SME for customers and internally. Help create the collaterals for the solutions
Lead Business Analysts and coach them in life sciences and consulting
Design pharma-specific Generative AI and ML solutions if needed
Help create business consulting practice for life science AI solutions

Experience

10+ years of analytics experience in pharma commercial
5+ years of experience in a commercial organization (instead of IT), working directly with marketers and sales people
Experience in designing and/or maintaining pharma commercial infrastructure: MDM, CRM, commercial data hub, SFMC
Hands-on experience in pharma commercial analytics: brand analytics, omnichannel orchestration, real world data analytics, sales force effectiveness
Deep knowledge of pharma commercial data sets: IQVIA/Symphony, claims, EMR, specialty pharmacy / hub data, digital
Deep knowledge of pharma commercial business questions
Experience designing pharma commercial data analytics strategy
Business consulting experience preferable
Ability to work in a startup-like environment and passion to create a large impact through analytics in life sciences
