Role Overview 📝: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development/Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in driving the growth and success of Zephyr Sols by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and securing sales. The position offers a unique compensation structure, starting with equity or share-based earnings and transitioning to a fixed salary plus percentage after three months.
Key Responsibilities 📈:
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to expand Zephyr Sols' client base and market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries for our software products and IT services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business prospects.
- Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable sales and long-term client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth objectives of Zephyr Sols.
Qualifications 🎓:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of software products, IT services, and the technology landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with our product and service offerings (CRM, ERP, web and app development, SEO, AI/DS, blockchain, etc.) is a plus.
Compensation 💰:
- Initial compensation will be equity/share-based, providing a significant opportunity for long-term financial growth.
- After three months, a fixed salary will be provided along with a performance-based percentage.
