I am seeking a dedicated and organized Personal Assistant to help me manage my life! This will include calendar management, managing and meeting various vendors and contractors, assisting with running two households etc... The ideal candidate will possess great interpersonal and time management skills, and exhibit a strong attention to detail. Must love dogs! Looking for a hybrid in person (mainly in Petaluma, though other surrounding areas as well) and remote work for around 10-15 hours/week.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Manage household contractors and vendors
- Assist in running errands
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Assist in organizing households
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and prioritize tasks effectively
- Assist in caring for dog on a limited basis
Qualifications
- Experience as a Personal Assistant, house manager or similar role preferred
- Proficiency in using G Suite and Microsoft 365
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs
- Must have reliable access to a car and a driver's license
