The Position
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Email and LinkedIn Inbox Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing and responding to multiple email and LinkedIn inboxes - ensuring timely responses, and maintaining professional communication with clients, prospects, and partners. This role is critical in supporting our sales and marketing efforts and ensuring seamless communication flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbox Management: Monitor and manage the company's email and LinkedIn inboxes, ensuring all messages are read, categorized, and responded to promptly.
- Response Coordination: Draft, send, and manage email and LinkedIn messages in alignment with the company's communication guidelines.
- Follow-Up: Track and follow up on pending messages, ensuring timely responses and actions.
- Client Interaction: Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients, prospects, and partners.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and appointments as needed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all communications and interactions in the CRM system.
- Content Creation: Assist in creating and editing email and LinkedIn messages to ensure clarity, professionalism, and alignment with company branding.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on inbox activity, response times, and communication trends.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in email and LinkedIn inbox management or a related role is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
