Reporting to Chief Growth Officer, the Director of Sales will be pivotal working with WinWire’s Channel Partners, Microsoft and Databricks, in identifying and securing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence, particularly in the Healthcare & Life Science and HiTech industries.
In addition to driving net new logo acquisitions in the HLS and HiTech, a major objective of this role is to strengthen WinWire’s relationship with the Channel Partner Account teams (Account Executives, Technical Specialist, Solution Specialist, and Customer Success) to keep the Channel Partner Account teams aware of WinWire’s services, solutions and industry offerings, recent customer ‘Wins’, and awards and recognitions. With the expectation that these actions will result in lead generation to fuel the entire new business sales organization.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas for net new logo acquisition
- Identify, develop, and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target HLS and HiTech organizations
- Foster new business opportunities by leveraging existing relationships and leaning into strategic market alignment within the Microsoft and Databricks Partner ecosystem
- Monitor and report on key sales metrics, such as lead conversion rates, deal size, and sales cycle length, to drive continuous improvement
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through ongoing training and development opportunities
- Develop and refine strategies for client acquisition through networking, industry events, direct outreach, and targeted marketing campaigns, aiming to tap into underserved markets with the potential for high growth
- Strengthen client relationships by delivering customized solutions that emphasize WinWire’s expertise, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through regular reviews, tailored strategies, and proactive problem-solving
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends and competitor movements, using market insights to inform strategies and improve solution offerings
