In this role, you'll be a key part of our creative team, helping us bring the vibrant world of Arctic Fox Hair Color to life. Here's a taste of what you'll be up to:
- Designing eye-catching graphics and social media content that reflects our fun, edgy brand voice. Think bold colors and visuals that make people stop and say, "Wow, that's cool!"
- Collaborating with our design and marketing team to interpret creative direction into campaigns that will have our customers dyeing to get their hands on our products.
- Assisting with the creation of marketing materials, website and app graphics, paid and organic social assets, and email design.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest design trends and keeping your finger on the pulse of what's trending in the social media world.
- Helping us maintain a consistent brand identity across all our visual channels.
- Work closely with digital marketing and social team to develop a deep understanding of consumer’s mindsets, attitudes, & behaviors to inform strong creative development.
We’re looking for someone that has:
- 3+ years of experience working as a Graphic Designer at an agency or brand, beauty or fashion experience preferred.
- A BA in Graphic Design or related degree/education.
- An online portfolio that demonstrates a passion for great design and shows attention to detail and versatility.
- A keen eye for design and a passion for creating visually stunning content.
- Knowledge and experience of UX design and a mobile-first mindset.
- Experience with Klaviyo or similar ESPs.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure visual work aligns with creative brand guidelines.
- Ability to translate business goals into innovative, meaningful, and differentiated digital, interactive, social and viral brand experiences.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software in the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects)
- A strong understanding of social media best practices and loves experimenting with new visual storytelling techniques.
- An eagerness to learn and grow and thrives in a collaborative environment.
- A self-starter attitude with an excitement to work in a fast-paced, low-ego environment.
- Experience with creating content for the beauty industry and a deep understanding of what makes Gen Z and Millennial audiences tick.
- This role will report to the Lead Graphic Designer and work closely with the Social Media and CRM teams. This position is based in the Los Angeles area, but is primarily remote. Must be able to travel to the Los Angeles area for occasional meetings and collaborative work.
