Position Summary
The ideal candidate will be conceptual and creative with a great eye for design, able to work with a team and take direction from management, and able to make deadlines.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design print and digital collateral including but not limited to magazine ads, instructions, email, social and landing pages.
- Ability to create a visual campaign for web, email, social and print channels based on a campaign concept while staying on brand.
- Coordinate media involved with new advertisements
- Update advertisements, detail pages, call out boxes, & other related items on our website
- Work with the marketing team to create new concepts
- Collaborate with the Creative Director, Senior Designers, Copywriter, Marketing Strategist and Media Manager to create cohesive designs

Qualifications
- College Degree required
- 2 years Marketing or Graphic Design experience preferred
- Extensive experience working with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and other Adobe CC programs. Experience in Premiere Pro and After Effects would be a bonus.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must be creative and have own visions for new designs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with tech professionals and other employees
- Ability to take direction from upper management
- Self-motivated to accomplish tasks within deadlines
Work Environment
- Required to sit 8-10 hours a day
- Daily interaction w/ internal team members in a family based atmosphere
- Ability to work in office required. This is not a remote position.
