Account Coordinator
We are looking for a skilled coordinator to support our Account Managers with day-to-day client relationships and make sure all projects run like a well-oiled machine. Whether it’s assisting with the development of project materials, graphics, or copyediting and organizing files and project management tasks in our project management system, our Account coordinators keep things moving and get the job done efficiently and effectively.
If you are a hyper-organized self-starter that can adapt quickly, ask the right question at the right time, create a spreadsheet on the fly, or find a misplaced comma in a haystack, this is the job for you.
Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Support Account Managers with project management tasks with creation of a wide range of project deliverables, including the following examples as well as other duties as assigned:
- creating, tracking and updating project management tasks in Asana (project management tool),
- creating content strategy documents,
- copywriting and editing,
- editing and packaging reports and files,
- creating drafts of collateral,
- providing graphic edits or notations to our designers on graphic edit requirements,
- email marketing campaign deployments,
- drafting scope outlines for marketing collateral design assets for the design team
- putting content (copywriting) and graphics together and/or social assets
- Assist with creative concepts for campaigns
- communicating with vendors,
- reviewing creative or production tasks prior to handing off to the Account management team.
- Updating spreadsheets or organizing content and information for our client website projects
Email & Digital Marketing Related
- Use existing templates to update copy and images on a regular basis to deploy engaging and well-polished emails. – send email designs to our clients in Asana project management tool getting feedback and finalizing them
- Deploy HTML emails from MailChimp
- Copyedit and post blog articles to client websites
- SEO keyword reports – format reports and spreadsheets into templated/approved layouts for clients.
- Design or content updates to various assets being used within client campaigns
- Package content documents for design teams
Skills and Qualifications
- You are highly motivated: You are proactive and ask questions to integrate yourself into the account management process.
- You are a critical thinker: We are a fast-paced agency, growing even faster, and need Coordinators that are ready to hit the ground running.
- Other Helpful Skills: WordPress, Shopify, Canva, Figma, Excel, Google Analytics
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in brand or brand project management, digital website design and development agency or digital marketing agency
Preferred BA Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant field.
