Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop Cutting-Edge Digital Campaigns: Craft and manage innovative digital marketing strategies that increase website traffic, build brand affinity, and generate leads.
- Create Impactful Email Campaigns: Partner with founders, creatives, and data teams to ideate and execute email marketing campaigns from concept to launch.
- Own the Campaign Process: Take charge of the entire campaign lifecycle, from brainstorming and designing to testing and launching, with a focus on creativity and effectiveness.
- Optimize Email Performance: Continuously enhance email content to boost engagement rates, including opens, clicks, and conversions.
- Lead SEO Initiatives: Conduct keyword research and SEO audits to elevate our web presence and improve search engine rankings.
- Implement SEO Strategies: Collaborate with content creators and web developers to integrate cutting-edge SEO practices into our web and content development.
- Analyze and Innovate: Monitor key metrics such as website traffic and conversion rates, and use data-driven insights to refine and innovate our strategies.
- Collaborate with a Dynamic Team: Work closely with marketing, sales, and external partners to align digital marketing efforts with our entrepreneurial and creative business vision.
Education and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in marketing and SEO (experience in a dynamic, creative environment preferred).
- Marketing Automation: Practical experience with tools like HubSpot Marketing Hub or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a knack for finding creative solutions.
- Email Compliance: Knowledge of international email regulations and best practices, with the ability to innovate within compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CASL).
- SEO/SEM Expertise: Proven experience in spearheading SEO/SEM initiatives in fast-paced, creative environments.
- SEO Tools Proficiency: Expertise in SEO tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
- Search Media Campaigns: Experience in managing and innovating search media campaigns using platforms like Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, and Bing Ads.
- Web Analytics: Proficient with web analytics and tagging platforms (Adobe Suite experience is a plus).
- Web Design Knowledge: Familiarity with web design and content management systems, with a creative approach (Adobe experience is a plus).
- Analytical and Creative Thinking: Strong ability to analyze data and think creatively to drive innovative solutions.
- Technical Savvy: Solid understanding of web protocols, application architectures, and frameworks, with hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
