Position Overview:
As a TikTok Shop Strategist at Ghost Agency, you will be immersed in supporting the growth and strategy of our clients. This role is ideal for someone who loves social media and ecommerce with a background in TikTok Shop. Your day-to-day work will mainly involve researching ideas, proposing content and affiliate programs, optimizing creator outreach, and working directly with clients to ensure their growth is fostered.
This role is full-time and remote.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the strategic vision of our clients on TikTok Shop
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with client’s ecommerce growth goals on TikTok Shop
- Prepare competitor analyses, shop audits, and provide actionable insights for clients at all stages of their business
- Maintain an accurate record of client’s data and proactively provide ideas on areas to pivot and exploration opportunities
- Collaborate with the creator affiliate team to outreach to influencers who would be a strategic fit for client by using the TikTok Shop Affiliate Marketplace and Ghost tech
- Navigate promotional opportunities and advocate for clients both on and off TikTok Shop Seller Center
- Provide insights on optimization opportunities for SEO and ads to support growth on TikTok Shop
- Stay up-to-date on all new TikTok Shop features and tools, communicating changes both internally and externally when relevant
- Responsible for affiliate and content data analysis, deeply understanding business logic, and conducting agile and effective assessment and monitoring of client performance, and giving valuable suggestions through in-depth analysis
Qualifications:
- 1+ year required of TikTok Shop experience
- At least 2 years of experience as a TikTok user, staying up to date with the latest trends and features on the platform
- Must demonstrate strong client-facing skills and proficiency in communication and presentations
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients in a timely and professional manner
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while also able to be a team player
- Proficiency in using Asana, Google Workspace, and Lark
- Proficiency in presentation and sheet creation and management
- Previous brand or creator agency experience a plus
- A strong network of influencers and content creators on TikTok a plus
