Job Description:
The administrative laboratory assistant serves as the liaison between the laboratory and all other departments within Kofinas Fertility Group. Supporting roles in the lab while managing day-to-day office organization and reporting to the laboratory director.
General Summary of Responsibilities
- Organizing meetings and minute records
- Ordering, tracking and receiving office supplies, condiments, and shipping materials in a timely manner
- Ensures laboratory data across all platforms are up to date accurately and in a timely manner
- Schedules transportation of tissue biopsies for implantation Genetic Testing (PGT-A/PGT-M)
- Member of annual data entry team
- Reviews and verifies patient charts for accuracy
- Schedules and coordinates laboratory team events
- Manages data for KPI
- Data interpretation for Endocrinology (Levey-Jennings)
Minimal Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Biology or related area.
- A minimum of one year of related managerial or leadership experience
- HIPPA compliant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Public Policy
- Experience in laboratory environment
- Proficient in Excel

Salary Range: $50-$65K
