Job Title : Lead Business Systems Analyst - Project Manager Role

We are looking for is Lead Business Systems Analyst - Project Manager Role who will be responsible for identifying, planning, and coordinating a set of business analysis activities to support existing applications in the Crew Systems space for Disney Cruise Line. The role involves managing interdependencies in support of all production applications and engaging with the business on behalf of the IT Support teams. The Lead Business Analyst defines business requirements and business processes that IT can use to enhance and update existing systems.
Responsibilities
- Must have technical experience or experience working with technical teams.
- Agile experience required (overall process, writing stories, collaborating with others to groom backlog).
- Experience in analysis and documentation of processes - assumptions, requirements, functional and non-functional.
- Task/vendor management and coordination experience.
- Experience working in a highly complex environment with multiple systems and integrations.
- Test management experience.
- Prior experience with data purge policies, security & compliance assessments.
- Release planning experience.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira.
- Ability to handle virtual teams and work with resources in multiple sites (onsite, offshore, nearshore).
- Coordinate and generate requirements for enhancements and bug fixes of current systems.
- Analyze and identify requirements for gaps, enhancements, and other business needs, coordinating with business and technical resources.
- Perform reporting and business rules and data conversion analysis when needed.
- Elicit and coordinate business requirements for system enhancements.
- Collaborate with in-house and 3rd party developers on enhancement and support projects.
- Facilitate requirements generation meetings and agile stand-ups when needed.
- Maintain accurate meeting notes and manage the decision log.
- Coordinate activities related to corporate systems and data compliance projects (e.g., PII, PCI, and GDPR).
- Adapt to varying project needs including Business Analysis activities, Project Coordination activities, Documentation activities, or Test Coordination as needed.
- Drive teams to end goals and assist the Program Manager with oversight of technical delivery teams.
- Manage Change Requests and act as a Proxy Product Owner.
- Work with the business to capture and document requirements (both functional and non-functional).
- Manage competing priorities from multiple stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes at the macro level to ensure cohesive product enhancements.
- Ensure business requirements are concise, complete, specific, and unambiguous, and aligned to the strategic and tactical goals of the project and the business.
- Track, manage, and communicate the benefits, impact, and release of all changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide project management support including change and support activities, grooming of backlogs, prioritizing workload, sprint planning, vendor management, business coordination, and status reporting.
