We’re looking for a
Second Shift Production Supervisor (food exp) to lead and optimize our production team, ensuring top-notch quality and efficiency.
Location: Onsite- Bloomingdale, Illinois, Greater Chicago Area
Budget: Base salary - Starting at $55,000/yr + Additional compensation types - Profit sharing
Team Leadership: Oversee Line Leads, manage and hold the team accountable, train and coach team members, foster decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.
Inventory Management: Ensure lot accuracy and manage inventory using ERP best practices.
Production Goals: Meet and exceed production goals and timelines, monitor KPIs, and resolve issues proactively.
Quality Control: Adhere to SOPs, comply with SQF, USDA, FDA, and ISO standards, and maintain a strong commitment to safety.
Required Experience
- 5+ years in production.
- 2+ years in a food environment.
- 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Support
- Line leads and material handlers to aid in the production process.
Desired Experience
- Prior food , production experience.
