ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting into the Project Director at No Fixed Address, you are an integral and valued part of the agency who will be responsible for planning and overseeing the execution and delivery of integrated projects.
You will be responsible for day-to-day management of and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, deliverables and budgets across a number of projects at any given time, including internal awards and case study related projects.
You must be relationship-oriented, have an understanding of how to work within an integrated agency structure, and understand client and agency needs, to drive tangible outputs for clients.

More specifically, this person must:
- Work closely with internal and client teams to understand and map out project tasks, dependencies, durations, and milestones. With support/oversight from PM leadership, distill complex requirements for creative, digital and integrated projects into SOWs
- Build out budgets and SOWs for agreed upon deliverables both independently and in consultation with various team members
- Facilitate and conduct efficient meetings, and ensure detailed agendas and meeting minutes are distributed to all parties
- Anticipate scope creep, identify (potential) issues and support the project team in removing obstacles or blockers
- Suggest and implement solutions to mitigate risks and solve identified issues
- Monitor progress, measure project financial metrics and report back to management, business leads and client stakeholders
- Update all project team members and clients on the status of project activities, risks, and identified issues
- Be an effective and detailed communicator, via various channels with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Determine project approach waterfall; agile; hybrid, etc. and help align to resourcing needs
- Actively work with resource lead to secure appropriate team members required for project completion
- Assist in preparing award submissions by gathering project details, coordinating with creative teams for supporting materials, and ensuring submissions meet all requirements and deadlines
- Act as the project manager for internal case study projects, collaborating with strategy and creative teams to gather relevant details and oversee the production of case study assets
- Organize campaign details and maintain a library of assets for all award shows as well as jury placements, results, headshots/ bios, etc
- Create and own a calendar of Awards deadlines
- Maintain relationships with each award show for personalized assistance
- Coordinate with executive leadership on what to enter to each award show and project manage the submissions with the full team (creative, strategy, account, production)
- Collaborate with the other network award leads to maintain overall network results, jury recommendations, speaking opportunities etc.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of project management experience managing small and medium-scale projects simultaneously
- Minimum 2-3 years experience working in an agency setting
- Proven track record of managing priorities to help teams produce top-notch deliverables in scope, on time and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to know how to manage a diverse group of personalities with ease—a natural networker and self-motivated individual
- Someone who puts the team first and aims to create team success
- Proficient in timeline, resourcing and project management softwares like SmartSheet, Float and Trello
