Responsibilities
- Conducting detailed analysis of business processes and workflows.
- Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and patterns.
- Creating detailed business requirements documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
- Providing support during the development and testing phases to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they achieve desired outcomes.
- Facilitating workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and present findings.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, or equivalent for data analysis and process mapping.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
