Bilingual Content and Client Communications Manager
Role Overview: Join The Vines of Mendoza as our Communications Manager, a vital role focused on enhancing client communications and addressing key issues affecting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This position is integral to restoring our reputation for excellence, working across our diverse businesses, including private vineyards, The Vines Resort & Spa, The Vines Global, and The Vines Foundation. Additionally, this role supports internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Communications Strategy:
- Create and implement a comprehensive communications plan to improve client interactions and address delivery issues, ensuring alignment with The Vines of Mendoza’s mission and objectives.
Enhance Client Communication:
- Oversee and produce daily client communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and timely updates.
- Develop templates for FAQs, maintain and expand the knowledge base.
- Write and send monthly newsletters to vineyard owners, resort guests and weekly updates for Vines Global members.
- Create detailed harvest, farming, and ultra-premium reports.
- Assist in developing sales materials to ensure accurate and engaging client information.
Support Marketing and Sales:
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote vineyard ownership, resort experiences, and global membership programs.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication with clients.
Analyze and Report:
- Monitor the effectiveness of communication strategies, adjust tactics as needed.
- Provide regular reports on communication performance and client feedback.
Immediate Goals:
- Improve NPS by enhancing client involvement and fostering transparency and accountability across all communication channels.
- Address and rectify communication failures affecting customer satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For:
- An extremely capable writer and communicator, fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Able to manage and produce daily content for our diverse client base and stakeholders effectively.
- Efficient, quick, and able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ideally located in Argentina, but can be based anywhere in the world.
