JOB DESCRIPTION:
Marketing and Promotions agency looking for a Project Coordinator. The right candidate will have proven success managing programs from beginning to end, while also possessing the ability to build relationships with clients and suppliers. As a solutions-oriented, team player with a “can do” attitude, candidates should have 2-3 years of marketing/advertising experience.
Attributes:
- Manage projects and execution;
- Create and manage project plan documents;
- Manage and monitor campaign reporting;
- Create full post report campaign materials;
- Keep clients and account teams updated on the status of account activities;
- Work with internal teams to ensure projects are executed properly, on time and on budget;
- Initiate and co-ordinate the scheduling of creative/production process;
- Communicate and facilitate client feedback to creative teams;
- Produce and maintain communication materials (contact and status reports, etc.);
- Assist in building and nurturing client and supplier relationships.
Qualifications:
· Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills;
· Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Word;
· Skilled in managing project plans with several moving parts;
· A keen eye for proofing materials and high commitment to attention to detail;
· Experience working with multiple suppliers/stake-holders;
· Proven ability to assess creative work and to act as a creative thinker;
· PMP and PMI Certifications are highly regarded.
