The HRIS Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining all HRIS databases, ensuring data integrity and recordkeeping and regular administrative support for the human resource day to day functions.
- RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB AND ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS:
- Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring the system is up-to-date and data is accurate.
- Process employee changes in the HRIS system, (ADP) in a timely manner.
- Maintain and create accurate new hire employee records.
- Respond to HRIS data management requests via the HRIS ticketing system (HALO).
- Manage employee data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Manage new hire registration completion in ADP.
- Generate and analyze specific data management reports to ensure data output integrity.
- Manage data input, updates, and maintenance to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee data
- Collaborate with company stakeholders to troubleshoot data management related issues.
- MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, IT management (preferred)
- Minimum one (1) year experience utilizing HRIS systems, specifically data entry
- REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong documentation skills;
- Excellent judgment, problem solving, organizational, and time management skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Physical ability to fulfill job requirements;
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
Requirements:
This position is remote, must be available to work 8a-5p PST.
