Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects, specifically in the insurance industry
Experience working with Guidewire applications, such as PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter
Strong knowledge of insurance business processes, workflows, and best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Experience managing remote teams and working in a remote environment
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
