Our client, Cohart is the easiest way to discover, buy, and sell art online. They’re backed by top investors like Courtside Ventures and Paris Hilton. They have artists in every continent and have made ~$2.5M in sales with millennial buyers in our first 2 years – all through word of mouth – and are gearing up to launch their full product next spring.
💻 Role
You will be instrumental in supporting and growing Cohart’s existing community. You will work closely with the social and digital teams, as well as collaborate with artists, advisors, and collectors. Your key performance indicators (KPIs) will focus on engaging the community, scaling onboarding processes, building curatorial systems, and supporting various online and offline events.
🙏 Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate scalable onboarding processes for artists, advisors, and collectors
- Artist support
- Provide support for community events, both online and offline
- Organize and coordinate SMB workshops for artists and retention-driven activities
- Contribute user-generated content to the marketing team for social media and other channels
- Facilitate the launch of high-profile content, such as blog interviews and podcasts
👋 What We're Looking For
- Passion for art, creativity, and community-building
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting
- Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
- Experience with community management or event coordination is a plus
- Ideally based in NYC!
- Experience in the art world and/or start-ups
