FleXBoard is a job board and social networking startup that is fully funded by our CEO's existing income streams. Our social network randomly matches two professionals together over video call and shows the other party their professional profile. The goal of our social network is to provide a more social experience than LinkedIn with the aim of helping people expand their network faster by building stronger professional connections. We also run a job board business that helps job seekers find their next opportunity.
Role Description
- As an account executive, you will be responsible for selling our recruitment related services to clients. We will provide you 20-40 appointments per week that you will be responsible for closing as new accounts. In addition to a $150,000 per year base salary, you will receive between $70k and $100k in commision as we offer 25% of net profit from accounts you close in bonus. While this is only $15-$40 per sale for selling job posts, it can be $2k-$5k per sale for our recruiting placement services. The services we offer includes our sponsored job posts which employers pay for a job post that receives a minimum number of candidates, and our placement services where employers pay a fixed percentage of the first years salary upon a candidate staying at a client's company for 3 months. By taking advantage of the fact,we are both a social network and a job board, we have seen success with differentiating our platform from other job boards and recruiting agencies.
