Job Description:
As the Integrated Marketing Manager, your primary responsibilities include overseeing project management and acting as a liaison between Loan Officers (LOs) and Referral Partners (RPs). This involves creating creative briefs, managing marketing requests, and ensuring compliance and brand consistency.
You will also be responsible for developing content and comprehensive marketing plans, as well as executing tactical strategies across various communication channels. Experience in process and project management software is essential for this role. Strong communication, organizational and creative problem-solving skills are crucial in our dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for building creative briefs for requests given by Loan Officers (LOs) and Referral Partners (RPs). Ensure copywriting, imagery, and contact info are included and align with brand standards.
- Manage and assign incoming marketing requests via email and the department marketing request form.
RP and LO Marketing Liaison:
- Present marketing offerings to Loan Officers and Referral Partners
- Collaborate and develop comprehensive marketing plans with LOs and RPs, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
- Draft and execute tactical plans across digital and print channels.
Marketing Piece Copywriting and Concepting:
- Design and write copy for print and digital marketing content while adhering to company brand and quality standards, including research, proofreading and fact-checking.
- Assist in developing innovative marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Develop monthly newsletters and social media content.
CRM and Marketing Tech Stack:
- Upload and maintain marketing collateral
- Collaborate and support the CRM Program Director and marketing team to maximize efficiency and adoption of Tech Stack systems.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Strategic Communication, or a related field.)
- Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with project management tools
- Must be a self-starter with an upbeat personality and proven written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while adhering to processes.

Preferred:
- Minimum of 2 years of Mortgage, Finance, Real Estate or related field experience
- Experience in content creation. With a track record of creating engaging content for social media, blogs, email templates, and print materials.
- Experience with project management platforms like Jira, Asana or ClickUp
- Experience with Total Expert or other Mortgage-related CRM platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
