Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role at Law Office of Hollis E Mandell PA located in Davie, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. As an Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the attorneys with various administrative tasks. This includes managing calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing files, drafting documents, answering phone calls, greeting clients, and providing general administrative support. The Assistant must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and have excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
