TrustThink is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Growth to lead our ambitious expansion efforts in the cybersecurity and trusted artificial intelligence sectors. This executive will play a pivotal role in enhancing our market position and achieving financial growth by developing key partnerships, especially with prime contractors for federal contracting, and expanding our commercial business.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a robust go-to-market strategy that aligns with the company's long-term goals.
Forge and sustain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and prime contractors to enhance our federal contracting opportunities.
Drive the commercialization of our cybersecurity and trusted AI service offerings.
Spearhead the creation and implementation of customer satisfaction processes to ensure service excellence.
Lead the team in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Oversee the development and refinement of the company’s service offerings to ensure they meet market needs and are delivered effectively.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a senior business development or strategic growth role, preferably in the cybersecurity or AI industries.
Strong background in developing strategic partnerships and business expansion in both federal and commercial sectors.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in managing and directing a comprehensive marketing and business development program.
Knowledge of federal contracting processes and requirements, with a track record of securing contracts.
Ability to work cross-functionally to ensure product offerings align with customer demands and market trends.
Compensation $150k base plus bonus incentives based on short and long term growth targets.
