Job Title : ServiceNow Technical Lead
Job Type : FullTime/C2C
Experience : 8 to 12 years
Location : Texas City, Texas
Responsibilities
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Lead or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, HR, and other modules.
- Ensure successful initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion of ServiceNow projects.
- Lead project development, production support, and maintenance activities.
- Guide team members on technical aspects, providing mentorship and technical direction.
- Fill and ensure timesheets are completed, as is the invoicing process, on or before the deadline.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and objectives.
- Offer expertise in ServiceNow best practices, architecture, and development.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in ServiceNow and related technologies to enhance team capabilities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
