Job Description Ecommerce Customer Service and Operations:
• Assist with daily customer service correspondence
• Assistance with simple operational/fulfillment tasks (canceled orders, address changes, no stocks, create returns/exchanges, etc.)
• Occasionally helping with light ecommerce projects/organizations
• Help with sample pick ups and drop offs, local area
Requirements:
• Candidates must be customer-centric
• Has great attention to detail
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• A positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Position Qualifications:
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge in Word and Excel
• Great writing and communication skills
• Willingness to learn various platforms (Shopify, Gorgias, RLM, etc.,)
• Accessibility to a car and ability to drive (mileage reimbursed)
Job Type: Part-Time (4 hours/day, 5 days a week(M-F))
Pay: $18-20/hour (depending on experience)
