We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our innovative team focused on developing AI-driven solutions for oncology and cancer detection. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Development of AI Solutions for Cancer Detection:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms tailored to oncology and cancer detection applications.
- Ensure the robustness, accuracy, and scalability of AI models in detecting and diagnosing various types of cancer.
- Software Engineering:
- Architect, design, and implement software systems and applications that support cancer detection and treatment in line with project requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Medical Imaging Integration:
- Work closely with oncologists, radiologists, and medical professionals to understand imaging needs and constraints specific to cancer detection.
- Develop software that interfaces seamlessly with medical imaging devices and data formats (e.g., DICOM, PACS).
- Project Leadership:
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance and support.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
- Research and Innovation:
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and medical imaging related to oncology.
- Propose and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance product capabilities in cancer detection.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
- Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI and machine learning.
- Proven track record of developing AI models for medical imaging applications, preferably in oncology or cancer detection.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Java.
