HDR is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Bentley platform developer. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative solutions using Bentley APIs to integrate with iTwin Platform, ProjectWise and Bentley desktop products. You will collaborate in partnership with stakeholders, including project teams and clients to understand challenges and requirements to build robust and scalable solutions. You will be part of an expert team of UI/UX designers, software developers, database administrators, data scientists and AEC (Architectural Engineering and Construction) designers to assist you in growing your skills in new areas of practice. You will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining solutions based upon Bentley development technologies.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise for developing and implementing solutions using Bentley cloud APIs and desktop SDKs.
Troubleshoot complex software development technical issues related to integrating with Bentley products.
Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in the Bentley ecosystem.
Collaborate with Bentley product teams to influence roadmaps and new features.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and customers to develop innovative solutions leveraging Bentley development technologies.
Track and analyze key metrics to measure the success of developer engagement initiatives.
Bentley iTwin Accreditation.
Experience with back-end technologies, including server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, ASP .NET) and databases (MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server).
Prior experience with 3D modeling and visualization technologies.
Knowledge of DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
- A minimum of 5 years related experience
- Hands-on experience designing and developing for relational database applications using ACCESS, Arc GIS, MS and other languages
- Detail-oriented individual who is able to work in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
