We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Founding Customer Success Manager to manage and optimize our body camera supply, setup our intelligent body cameras prior to customer deployment all the way through onboarding and support. You will be crucial in ensuring product availability, overseeing the preparation of products for deployment, and directly addressing customer needs. This role also involves hands-on tasks such as product delivery and basic troubleshooting, making it integral to our commitment to excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor all inventory levels, ensuring that all necessary components are available for assembly and deployment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely procurement and delivery of components.
- Spearhead the setup and configuration of body cameras, preparing them for successful deployment to customers, including testing and quality assurance.
- Provide basic customer support and troubleshooting, working with the engineering team to address issues related to product setup and usage.
- Spend about 25% of the time traveling to customer on-sites for delivery, setup, and product troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience and dependability in inventory and supply chain management.
- Excited to directly work with customers to ensure successful product deployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the initiative to resolve issues swiftly and effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
