Role: Fractional Marketing Manager
Reports: Founder & CEO
Location: Remote in USA South East or Midwest - a huge plus if it is Nashville based
Hours: 3-4 hours per week, very flexible, we appreciate and protect our quality of life
Compensation: monthly fix fee
Duration: 6 month minimum commitment, growth with us and become full-time

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Fractional Marketing Manager to build our core marketing capabilities and initiatives – in collaboration with our product and customer success team. This role is perfect for a high-energy marketing leader who excels in multiple facets of marketing, in a lean and founder-funded start-up, and is passionate about driving growth in early-stage ventures. We are not looking for SEO optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Build, execute, and evolve our core customer education and acquisition journey - ICP value proposition, website, exec summary, initial thought leadership (quality over quantity)
- Educate and nurture the target customers’ pipeline
- Brainstorm with the team to integrate bootstrapping marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the team on early product-market-fit efforts
- Serve as the overall marketing voice within our team
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives through our blog and LinkedIn presence
Must have:
- Proven experience in marketing roles in early-stage startups - going from a product version 1.0 to the PMF. ($1M to $5-10m in ARR)
- Experience marketing to B2B SaaS business critical apps - healthcare tech a huge plus!
- Understanding of B2B SaaS for establishing a new market category
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to educate early adopters
- Creative thinker with a track record of implementing successful marketing strategies
- Demonstrated ability to maximize limited resources in a lean start-up environment
