We are on a mission to have the best copywriting in our industry. To lead this charge, we are looking for a talented Copywriter who is profoundly knowledgeable and passionate about creating compelling copy across various platforms.
As a Copywriter, you will play a key role in articulating the director’s vision into captivating and easy-to-follow copy. You will be responsible for maintaining our brand voice and crafting engaging content for various marketing channels. You will work closely with our founders to turn ideas into attention-grabbing LinkedIn posts and collaborate with the team to ensure all communications are on-brand and effective.
Responsibilities:- Articulate the director’s vision into captivating, easy-to-follow copy for pitches, aligning with the project's creative direction.
- Collaborate with directors, creative directors and art directors, participating in branding storming sessions to develop innovative concepts for agency and brand direct work.
- Develop and maintain brand voice through all internal, external and marketing communications
- Write copy for marketing and sales assets (i.e. social media posts, newsletters, capabilities deck, case studies, etc.)
- Collaborate with the founders (two individuals) to turn ideas and concepts into attention-grabbing Linkedin posts.
- Write copy for internal and external decks.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet tight deadlines, ensuring high-quality standards.
Results:- Clear, understandable copy for client treatments.
- High-quality copy that drives new leads.
- 3 linkedin posts per founder per week that establish them as an authority in their industry with a 10% quarter over quarter growth in average engagement.
- Up-to-date marketing and sales tools copy.
- Timely execution of social calendars, adhering to branding guidelines.
- Projects delivered on time with strong communication within the team.
Requirements:- 2+ years of copywriting experience in the advertising agency.
- Strong skills in brainstorming, communication, copywriting, and collaboration to create strategically focused treatments and marketing and sales assets.
- Ability to understand, absorb, and execute direction and constructive criticism.
- Strong aptitude for time management, organization, and communication.
- Deep understanding of cultural content that resonates with today’s generation on various platforms.
- Effective collaboration skills with various teams, providing useful guidance enthusiastically and inspiringly.
- Understanding of platform best practices, with a willingness to learn and execute SixTwentySix's unique approach.
- Maintain organized files and records, using project management tools.
- Continuously seek to improve copy skills and expertise, staying up-to-date with copywriting softwares, AI, and tools.
- Ensure all visual content meets SixTwentySix's branding guidelines and is consistent across all platforms.
- Take constructive feedback from team members and clients to improve design work.
Salary:- $70-80k (Base + Incentive Structure)
