Working Hours: 8 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday in Dania Beach showroom unless meeting with clients, jobsite visits or other duties related to job.
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Showroom Manager to join our team at CinemaTech. As a Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for managing our space in the PDC as well as our products in the Studio 66 space. You will also be supporting the VP, Matt Denton as well as the Project Management and Design team. This position offers autonomy and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your performance will directly impact our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive and Charismatic Communication: The candidate needs to be an excellent communicator, able to engage and persuade various stakeholders.
- Independence and Self-Sufficiency: The role offers freedom and autonomy, requiring someone who can work effectively without constant oversight.
- Executive Support to Executive Vice President: This can include sending meeting invites, managing calendar, sending samples, following up with customers, vendors, suppliers. Running errands for business related items. Supporting team members who report to the EVP and offering assistance to them in place of EVP when able. Providing support to the EVP in any way to enhance their effectiveness and success.
- Organizational Skills: Must be able to stay organized, follow up, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High-Net-Worth Client Interaction: Ability to speak and interact with high-net-worth clients is crucial.
- Influencing and Convincing Abilities: Should be persuasive and able to influence others' decisions and actions.

- Showroom Management: Own and manage the LA showroom and Studio 66 space ensuring all lighting is functional, samples are updated and catalogued correctly, fridge is stocked, space is clean, and seating is in good condition.
- Client Interaction: Learn and present CinemaTech seating to clients during showroom demos.Shadow sales, design, and project management team members to understand CinemaTech and communicate effectively with clients.
- Administrative & Inside Sales Support: Become proficient in Visio, Excel, and Adobe for creating seating proposals, contracts, theater ballpark estimates, and theater contracts. Assist the Executive Vice President (EVP) by procuring, editing, and sending out necessary documents and act as their right-hand person, assisting with tasks to close sales and deliver projects.
- Operations and Design Support: Support the theater and seating operations team with site visits before and during installation to ensure smooth project completion. Assist the design team with sample sourcing from PDC and other suppliers, sending out/dropping off samples, and meeting with designers in the showroom to review materials.
- Project Support: Visit new projects to take field measurements, conduct general project discovery, and understand client needs. Travel as needed to support sales, design, and project management teams in other markets.
- Main KPIs: Success will be measured by the ability to meet with clients successfully in the showroom, support the EVP in day to day deliverables, proficiency and accuracy in quoting, ability to help drive sales, ability to over see projects to ensure happy and repeat customers and taking on responsibilities from other team members. Qualifications:
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
• Proactive, self‐motivated, and able to work independently.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
