We are looking for a high-energy, self-starting team member who shares our passion and vision for creating a unique and transparent, branded experience.
We seek an experienced and well-organized Social Media Strategist, reporting to the Creative Director. PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR PORTFOLIO!
This position is 3 days out of our LIC office, 2 days at our SOHO showroom.
Important Qualifications
- 5+ years creative social media management experience, either at an agency or with brands
- 2+ years building and leading teams
- Prefer 2+ years experience with consumer jewelry / fashion / luxury products
- Detail oriented, comfortable with fast paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Using social media platforms to create relevant content and maintain the company’s brand
- Collaborating with the creative and performance marketing teams to develop social media marketing campaigns
- Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
- Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
- Setting and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
Required Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook platforms and TikTok
- Time Management: Quick to execute on tight timelines
- Creativity and ability to create and deploy content using social platforms
- Able to work with international teams
- Process oriented: knowledge of how to make organized processes
- Able to work independently, be proactive, and detail-oriented, consistently on-time
