TeddyBot is looking for a founding engineer to lead our development from our prototype to pilot ready MVP.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and refinement of machine learning models for TeddyBot, focusing on natural language processing, image recognition, and speech synthesis.
- Work with Python and ML frameworks (such as TensorFlow or PyTorch) to implement, train, and fine-tune models.
- Collaborate with the AI team to prepare and preprocess datasets for model training, including speech, text, and images.
- Participate in the development of generative AI (GenAI) applications for creating educational content, such as interactive stories, personalized learning activities, and engaging games.
- Contribute to the evaluation and testing of AI models to ensure they meet ethical guidelines and promote inclusivity.
- Assist in the research and implementation of the latest ML techniques and methodologies to improve TeddyBot’s learning and interaction capabilities.
- Work closely with the development team to integrate AI models into the TeddyBot platform, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
- Participate in team meetings and provide insights into machine learning advancements and their potential applications in educational robotics.
Qualifications
- Graduate of college program with a focus on Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience with Python programming and familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.).
- Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, and deep learning.
- Experience in generative AI (GenAI) technologies, including image, speech, and text generation.
- Creative thinker with a passion for educational technology and a commitment to ethical AI practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and contribute to discussions on AI development and applications.
