Oracle EBS technical expert with expertise in HR and Payroll
Skills and Technologies:
MUST have excellent communication skills to clearly and concisely communicate with the business daily.
• Extensive experience in Oracle E-Business Suite preferably 12.2
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle EBS suite platform (Application Object library, Open Interfaces, APIs, Flexfields, Custom Library, Forms Personalization, OAF Personalization, Alerts, Oracle Workflow, Oracle AME, OA Framework)
• Experience on the use of SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, SQL *Loader Workflow, XML/BI Publisher, Shell Scripting
• Experience working with various Oracle modules: Oracle HRMS, Payroll, Financials, Projects, Inventory, Order Management
** Day to day work, support and MUST be able to do customizations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Monitor and resolve issues with Oracle Workflow and AME specifically for Oracle HRMS Self Service.
• Enhance and optimize business processes utilizing form personalization, OAF personalization and Oracle Workflow.
• Modify Payroll processes to meet new rules and regulations by setting up global values, balances, modifying Fast Formulas, creating new deduction or new earning.
• Provides support, troubleshooting and upgrades for various software; develops and supports interfaces between applications; researches and maintains data integrity; and utilizes development tools to maintain applications, interfaces and reports.
• Creates, debugs and runs SQL scripts to conduct data analysis, accuracy validation and data maintenance.
