The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as InDesign and Photoshop.
Marketing Duties:
- Collaborate with the marketing team on the production and design of printed and digital marketing materials, including but not limited to: Sales Flyers, Direct Mail Pieces, Brochures, Web Banners & Advertisements, E-mail Blasts, Social Media Campaigns, Motion graphics, Interactive Visual Elements, Websites and Landing Pages, and Floorplans and Architectural Drawings.
- Maintain the Engel & Völkers Brand Standards across all marketing materials and programs.
- Oversee and interface with third-party vendors in the creation and implementation of outsourced collateral and asset pieces as needed.
- Perform routine inventory checks as it pertains to marketing collateral inventory.
- Assist in maintaining the firm's online presence on various platforms, such as the website, social media, and real estate listings.
- Assist with bi-weekly sales meeting agenda creation, design, and transcription.
- Distribute marketing materials to potential clients and partners.
- Assist marketing team in implementing print and digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads.
- Utilize company customer relationship management (CRM) software effectively.
- Contribute to the creation of engaging and relevant social media content.
- Interface with Engel & Völkers Atlanta billing department to ensure all fees associated with agent marketing requests are accounted for and billed properly to the agents.
- Provide insight into social media marketing strategy and assistance with social media content creation for select top producing advisors.
- Assist with events planning and coordination on a monthly basis.
- Assist with onboarding duties pertaining to brokerage acclimation for new recruits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or certification in Graphic Design or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
- Portfolio of work
- Must have excellent verbal, written, and problem-solving skills.
- Must demonstrate flexibility and excellent organizational skills with the ability to complete a variety of tasks accurately with high attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames
- Must be well versed in writing and editing copy for marketing materials.
