We are looking to bring on a Senior Consultant-Manager who will provide Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Solutions and Services. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to design, develop, and deploy innovative technologies such as NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB), but also provide functional expertise and skills in financial planning. You will have the opportunity to join our collaborative and innovative team where you can make a significant impact and help our clients optimize their decision-making and drive business growth.
WORK YOU’LL DO / RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Contribute to business process definition, functional design, and technology enablement, utilizing predictive analytics techniques to analyze client data, uncover valuable insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
· Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) engagements while contributing to other workstream(s) of various EPM/CPM solutions such as NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB), Oracle EPM Cloud, IBM Planning Analytics and more.
· You will have the ability to share new ideas, lead and collaborate with team members on projects, all without the extensive demands of travel.
· Assist our clients with developing transformational roadmaps that guide the maturation of their FP&A function and technology infrastructure.
· Provide alternatives and recommendations based on best practices and application functionality to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and key executives of our clients.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Enterprise Performance Management, specifically FP&A related activities.
· Demonstrable experience with 3rd Party Vendor management.
· Experience building financial models and FP&A software
· Knowledge of market-leading solutions in the FP&A industry.
· Good time management, interpersonal, communication, organizational and decision-making skills.
· Ample experience in client-facing roles.
· Experience of working within complex, matrixed multi-location, and multi-cultural teams.
· Excellent English language skills – written and verbal.
EDUCATION
· Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Accounting, or other technical discipline.
· One or more professional certifications to supplement formal education in support of analytics function.
· US work authorization
PREFERRED SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS:
· FP&A: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Corporate FP&A Professional (FPAC)
· EPM: NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB), Oracle EPM, and Planning Analytics (TM1)
· Analytics: Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and/or NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW), and Power BI
· ERP: NetSuite ERP
