Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage Class A tenant improvement projects from initiation through completion.
- Budget and Schedule Control: Develop project budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence to financial and time constraints.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction, with a focus on Class A tenant improvements.
