We are a Silicon Valley-based startup in the HR Tech space, looking to bring on an Executive Recruiting Coordinator to our team. Every company says they are looking for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment, but we move at lightning speed, and need someone with a high energy, drive, and hunger.
This is an hourly contract position and is fully remote, but must be based in the US.
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
- You have minimum 2-5 years experience within the recruiting industry, specifically relating to administrative tasks, including calendar management, coordinating intake calls, and booking candidate interviews.
- You are comfortable engaging with both internal team members, as well as directly with customer points of contacts, ranging from HR and Talent Acquisition leaders, to senior executive hiring managers.
- You are comfortable and have supported recruiting across all areas of an organization (Sales, Marketing, IT, Engineering, HR, etc.). We are not siloed with skills and level.
- You can assist with sourcing and evaluating talent for roles, as necessary.
- You are an effective communicator and can engage in conversations with senior-level and executive-level candidates.

- You are comfortable working in a startup environment. Sometimes priorities can change on a dime, so your ability to shift along with those priorities is critical.
- You have a strong work ethic and are highly effective in a remote environment.
- You can solve problems on your own, and take the initiative to do so.
- You can easily and effectively communicate with our customers and serve as a key advisor on the search, bridging the gap between candidate and customer.
- You are a self-starter who can operate independently without being micromanaged.
