Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Legal Assistant at Your Wright Law Firm. As a Legal Assistant, you will provide support to lawyers and other legal professionals in a range of administrative tasks. This may include preparing and organizing legal documents, conducting research, managing correspondence, and assisting with client communications. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software applications
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Assist lawyers in preparing and organizing legal documents
- Conduct legal research and compile information for cases
- Assist in drafting and proofreading legal correspondence
- Manage and organize case files and related documents
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Coordinate meetings and other logistical arrangements
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
