You will make an impact by:
- Ensure the showroom is maintained and adhering to best practices and company protocol; visual presentation, shipping and receiving, alterations, stock organization, fabric books, and bar maintenance.
- Assist with supply ordering (Amazon, Staples, Uline)
- Assist with inventory monthly
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed to drive sales and profitability
- Assist with technical support (Computers, Sonos, Style Walls)
- Manage the daily calendar and flow of the showroom to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- Greet and welcome clients into the showroom, providing exceptional customer service and assistance
- Answer incoming phone calls to assist clients and enhance their overall experience
- Manage alterations within the showroom and manage the relationship with the tailor
- Prepare and steam garment fittings for clients coming in
- Ship out garments to clients
- Responsible for handling all shipping and receiving
- Responsible for handling all shipping and receiving issues that come up
- Assist with inventory monthly
- Ensure aged inventory in the showrooms is less than 10% on hand at all times
Ideal Candidate:
- 1-2 years of Operations experience
- Strong eye for detail & organizational skill
- Independent decision-making skills with the ability to self-manage and work to meet multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills - written and verbal
- Results-oriented with the ability to balance other business considerations
- The ability to get along with diverse personalities
