We’re looking for an Associate to join our growing Creator Partnerships team. With a finger on the pulse of social trends and a knack for identifying top influencers and creators, you’ll play a key role in both presales and post-sales campaign initiatives. Responsibilities:
• Sourcing and Expertise: Be part of leading the influencer sourcing process, utilizing our proprietary and third-party tool like CreatorIQ.
• Strategic Identification: Find the perfect talent for campaigns to maximize ROI and meet client KPIs.
• Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics to position talent effectively to clients.
• Industry Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with influencers and their managers/agents.
• Pipeline Expansion: Identify and cultivate new talent, managing both emerging and established influencers.
• Cross-Team Communication: Collaborate with Account Management, Campaign Management, Creative, Media Strategy, and Sales teams to align influencer needs and recommendations.
Qualifications:
• Experience: At least 1+ years in influencer marketing, sourcing and casting influencers.
• Diverse Sourcing: Comfortable sourcing a wide range of talent, from athletes to TV/Film.
• Writing Skills: Ability to create compelling client-facing collateral.
• Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Snap, Twitter, YouTube)
• Time Management: Superb organizational and prioritization skills.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Thinks beyond job responsibilities and can work both independently and in a team.
