Job Purpose The Associate Graphic Designer reports to the Graphic Designer and is primarily responsible for supporting the design and development of digital and print collateral to promote Rally’s fundraising efforts and strategic initiatives. This role involves assisting in content creation, maintaining brand consistency, and collaborating closely with the marketing team and external partners.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of digital and print collateral for events, programs, and general communication pieces.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing Team to maintain and update the visual elements of Rally’s website.
- Assist in designing email marketing campaigns in Mailchimp and Rally’s CRM, Salesforce.
- Monitor and present relevant creative and design trends, successes, and areas of improvement.
- Create and design e-blasts, e-newsletters, and maintain visual presences of Rally’s blog.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.

Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum one year experience in graphic design or a related field, including experience with digital and print design or experience in a key volunteer position.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office applications).
- Forward thinker; problem solver; organized.
- Self-motivated and a self-starter.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

- Available an average of 40 hours per week as this is a full time position.

- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
This position reports to the Graphic Designer.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
