Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create visually compelling designs across multiple mediums. This role requires a creative individual with a keen eye for detail who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should have a passion for design, a strong understanding of brand strategy, and the ability to create visually engaging content across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Excellence: Create and deliver high-quality design materials across both digital and print mediums. This can include marketing collateral, campaign creative, social media graphics, brand identity projects, and motion graphics, and more. Must have a very strong understanding of typography and layout design.
- Fluency in Motion: Design dynamic motion content including animations, GIFs, and cut short-form videos.
- Brand Consistency: Uphold and maintain the brand guidelines of our clients to ensure consistency across all materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, copywriting, and strategy to bring compelling and thoughtful design work to life.
- Project Management & Organization: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines. Ability to stay aware of what your team is working on and work diligently to ensure you and your partners remain organized and on schedule.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of design experience, preferably within a design agency or in-house brand team.
- Education: BFA or comparable degree in graphic design, communication design, or related field.
- Portfolio: Must have a compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates a strong design sensibility and proficiency across various media.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and motion design software such as After Effects.
- Typography and Layout: Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Video Editing: Experience in video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive: A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute creatively to the team.
