Job Purpose The Graphic Designer reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and is primarily responsible for leading the design and development of digital and print collateral to promote Rally’s fundraising efforts and strategic initiatives. This role involves setting the creative direction, managing design projects, and collaborating closely with the marketing team, external partners, and junior designers.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of digital and print collateral for all Rally events, programs, and general communication pieces.
- Lead the creation and design of all e-blasts, e-newsletters, and social graphics.
- Oversee the visual presence of Rally’s website and work with Digital Marketing Team to maintain and update its visual elements.
- Monitor and present relevant creative and design trends, successes, and areas of improvement.
- Lead brainstorming sessions, design concept and creative meetings, bringing innovative ideas to the table.
- Ensure all design work aligns with and adheres to our brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and integrity across all platforms.
- Act as a brand guardian, protecting and upholding the brand's visual identity in all designed pieces.
- Work with traffic manager to prioritize and manage workflow to meet all deadlines.
- Collaborate with Rally’s Brand Manager to ensure all design work aligns with Rally’s brand identity and mission.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the Junior Graphic Designer, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality outputs.

Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum three years’ experience in graphic design or a related field, with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
- Forward thinker; problem solver; organized.
- Self-motivated and a self-starter.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and research skills.

- Available an average of 40 hours per week as this is a full time position.

This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and manages the Junior Graphic Designer.
