A good project coordinator is highly organized and capable of insightful personal relationship skills. One-part coach, two-parts leader. The PC will be responsible for managing and executing internal and client-facing Motiv projects to ensure the full scope of services are met.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the Solution Leads to ensure the participation of cross-functional stakeholders in furthering project goals. With organization and prioritization skills, this candidate will organize the necessary pieces to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Work with Solution Leads to develop, drive and implement project goals and working to ensure project deadlines are met
- Manage communications and deliverables from all stakeholders for project
- Track project accomplishments
- Maintain, update and complete tasks/deadlines in PM systems
- Coordinate all client project meetings
- Provide additional project administrative support as needed
- Provide solution leads and executive sponsors weekly budget projections
- Assist with capacity planning on staffed projects
- Establish partnerships cross-functionally as necessary to ensure project success
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail - Must feel confident to lead stakeholder calls, along with outlining notes post-conversation for your team
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task, working on tight deadlines
- An understanding of burn reports, how to extract and format for stake holders
- Advanced knowledge of file management systems
- Experience working with project management platforms such as Wrike and Asana.

- Salary - $55,000 - $65,000, based on experience
