Role Description
We're seeking a results-driven Solution Engineer to become a key player on our team. You'll be the bridge between our customers and our technology, ensuring their needs are met and their feedback drives our continuous improvement. This is a hands-on role where you'll analyze customer challenges, develop customized solutions, and maintain the stability and performance of our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Advocacy: Actively engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and translate their needs into actionable requirements.
- Solution Architect: Design and develop tailored web application components (forms, widgets, interactive elements) that directly address customer-specific use cases.
- Technical Troubleshooter: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring a smooth and reliable experience for our users.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the development team to identify opportunities for system enhancements based on customer feedback and usage data.
- Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation for custom components and issue resolutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and support.
Technical Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS, Redux, and CSS
- Strong experience with GoLang or Python for server-side development
- Database management (PostgreSQL)
- Git version control
- RESTful API design and integration
Desired:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of web security best practices
- Experience with testing frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in web application development and customer support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
