Summary
This full-stack developer works with our product team developing accounting/financial ERP software. This individual will assist in developing product features that record, analyze and report on financial transactions, providing accurate & reliable information about the financial position of an organization.
Responsibilities
- Engage in tight-knit teamwork with creative minds and stakeholders to convert concepts into dynamic and aesthetically appealing outcomes.
- Skillfully craft and develop software applications, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
- Dedicate efforts to enhancing the caliber of coding through thorough evaluations and adherence to current methodologies.
- Venture into the exploration of emerging tools and methodologies, leading the charge in pioneering advancements.
- Guide less experienced colleagues, cultivating an environment that champions ongoing development and expertise.
- Assess project components, making certain they align with established guidelines and superior standards.
Required Skills
- 8 years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus in .NET (C#, VB, WPF, SQL Server) technologies.
- Experience in performance optimization techniques including code profiling, caching, asynchronous programming and minimizing latency in web applications.
- Strong SQL and database experience, including complex joins, subqueries, aggregations, window functions, and SQL performance tuning (deadlocks, blocks, resource consumption).
- Proficiency in front-end development including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (including experience in one or more web frameworks; Blazor preferred).
- Ability to work with source control tools (Git or TFS), JIRA, DevOps tools, CI/CD processes, and test automation.
- B.S. in Computer Science or related is preferred.
- Prior experience with a product-based / SaaS company preferred.
