As a Mitigation Team Leader - Emergency Project Manager, you will supervise, mentor, and train mitigation technicians, ensuring our client's high standards of service and quality are met. Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage and develop mitigation foremen and technicians to meet service and quality goals.
- Lead by example, performing mitigation services on job sites.
- Assist with and accept tasks from the Mitigation Team Leader.
- Inspect job sites for estimates and maintain project integrity.
- Manage, coach, train, and discipline foremen and technicians.
- Lead by example and focus on core values.
- Assist in managing workflow during high and low volume periods.
- Implement value-added service principles.
- Participate in the On-Call Emergency Team as needed.
- Supervise Oversee the Warehouse Manager and ensure proper stock and vehicle maintenance.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Report to the General Manager.
- Assist and receive assignments from the Mitigation Team Leader.
- Assist in developing and implementing the annual budget for the mitigation department.
- Complete semi-annual reviews for mitigation department employees.
Authority
- Coach, mentor, and train mitigation foremen and technicians to maintain standards and core values.
- Collaborate with the Mitigation Team Leader to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
- Make decisions in the absence of the Mitigation Team Leader.
Standard Of Performance
- Complete all contracted jobs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet produced gross profit goals.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to guidelines in the Operations Manual.
- Provide leadership to foremen and technicians and exemplify core values.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Maryland Driver's License, proof of clean driving record is required
- 3+ years of experience in a lead foreman or management role in a restoration company.
- IICRC certifications including WRT, ASD, TCST, FSRT.

Physical Demands
- Frequently lift and carry up to 100 lbs.

- Drive daily to appointments and marketing events.

- Move furniture and other personal property for mitigation services.
- Enter areas not designed for human habitation (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
- Perform water or fire mitigation tasks, including removing wet carpet and baseboards.
Work Environment
- Split duties between the office and job-site locations.
- Follow the dress code as outlined in the Operations Manual.
Compensation And Benefits
- From $75,000 to $100,000 including commission.
- Medical coverage, paid vacation starting with one week per year after one year of service, six paid holidays per year.
