**Position Overview:**
As a Personal Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, handling communications, and providing research support. You will play a key role in maintaining efficient operations and enabling our executives to focus on strategic initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and organize emails and schedules.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist with communications, including drafting emails and scheduling meetings.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Conduct research and compile reports as needed.
- Use good phone etiquette and call companies for information.
- Support project management and follow-up on tasks.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Experience in conducting research and preparing reports.
- Use of good phone etiquette and ability to call companies for information.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in project management or personnel solutions.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Previous experience working remotely.
